Which one do you actually need?
Nine services is a lot to read through. Almost everyone who walks in is in one of the seven situations below. Find the row that sounds like yours — it links to the full page, and the figure is what we actually charge, not a starting point that moves.
| Option | Choose this if | How it stays in | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Complete denture | Every tooth in the upper or lower jaw is gone, or about to be | Suction against the gum ridge | Upper $1,650 · Lower $1,841 |
| Implant-retained overdenture | Your lower denture lifts, rocks, or needs adhesive to stay put | Snaps onto 3–4 implants | $5,250 flat per arch |
| Immediate denture | Your teeth are coming out and you don't want a day without them | Placed the same day as the extractions | Quoted at your consultation |
| Cast metal partial | You still have solid teeth to anchor to and want the strongest partial | A metal framework clasped to your own teeth | Upper $2,032 · Lower $2,100 |
| Acrylic partial | You're missing a few teeth and want the least expensive option | Rests on the gums, with or without clasps | From $990 |
| Flexible partial | You don't want any metal showing when you smile | Gum-coloured clasps that blend into the tissue | From $600 + lab fee |
| Reline, rebase or repair | What you already have is broken, or has loosened over time | We adjust what you own instead of replacing it | Repairs from $167 · Relines $300–$600 |
Every figure is per arch. Flexible partials carry an outside lab fee that can only be quoted once we have seen the case in person. Immediate dentures and rebases are quoted at your consultation. Acrylic partials are $990 upper and $1,041 lower without clasps, $1,263 and $1,395 with them.
The difference is in how it's made.
Intraoral scan — no putty
A 3D digital impression captures your mouth to sub-millimeter accuracy. No gagging, no distortion, no guesswork at the very first step.
CNC milled — not 3D printed
Carved from a solid medical-grade PMMA puck. Denser, stronger, and more stain-resistant than anything a 3D printer or hand-pour can produce.
In-house lab — no outsourcing
Damien designs it. Luisa mills it. Same building, same day. If something needs adjusting, they fix it together — no waiting on an external lab.
Questions we get asked before the first appointment
What kinds of dentures do you make?
Complete dentures for an upper, a lower, or both. Partials in three materials — cast metal, acrylic and flexible. Implant-retained overdentures that snap onto 3–4 implants. Immediate dentures placed the same day your teeth come out. And relines, rebases and repairs on appliances you already own. Everything is scanned intraorally, designed digitally and milled in our own lab on Weston Road.
How much do dentures cost in Toronto?
A standard complete denture is $1,650 for the upper and $1,841 for the lower. The precision version is $1,698 and $1,999. Partials start at $990. A snap-on implant overdenture is $5,250 flat per arch, or $10,000 for both. Repairs start at $167 and relines run $300 to $600. The full schedule is published on our denture cost page — we do not make you phone in to find out.
Do I need a referral from a dentist?
No. You can book with us directly, and the consultation is free. You will leave it with a written quote whether or not you decide to go ahead.
Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan?
Yes, we accept CDCP. What it pays toward depends on your approval and on the treatment, and the rules have changed more than once, so the honest answer is to bring your approval letter to the consultation and we will go through it with you against the actual fees.
What is the difference between a partial and a complete denture?
A complete denture replaces every tooth in one jaw. A partial fills the gaps around teeth you still have, and clasps onto those teeth to stay in place. They are different appliances at different prices, and which one applies is decided by what you still have in your mouth — it is not a preference.
My lower denture won't stay in. What are my options?
A lower complete denture has far less ridge to hold onto than an upper, which is why this is one of the most common reasons people come to see us. If the fit has drifted as the ridge changed shape, a reline may be enough, at $300 to $600. If it has never held properly, an implant-retained overdenture that snaps onto 3–4 implants is the option that stops the movement outright, at $5,250 flat per arch. We will tell you which of the two you are looking at rather than selling you the more expensive one by default.
Can you fix a denture another clinic made?
Yes, and we do it regularly. Relines, repairs, Locator conversions and full digital rebuilds. Bring it in and you will get a straight answer about whether it is worth adjusting or whether you would be putting money into something that cannot be saved.
How quickly can you repair a broken denture?
Our lab is in the same building, so most repairs are finished while you wait rather than being couriered to an outside lab and coming back the following week. Repairs start at $167. Call before you set off so we know you are coming.
Where are you, and when are you open?
